I love the name, and they look really good, but what the heck are snickerdoodle cookies? It looks as if they have cinnamon and soft brown sugar on top, now I really want to taste.

Just got back from cookie day with friends. We made Snowdrop cookies (meringue with chocolate chips/walnut pieces, Gum Drop cookies, Peppermint cookies, Sugar cookies galore, Peanut butter cookies, Chocolate Chip cookies, Pecan Crispies and I'm sure I've missed a few. It was lots of fun!
