Sounds good to me, I did have soup for supper, but it was canned, but sure tasted good. Fun to do also, the puzzle I mean.

Little too hot yet for soup, but enjoyed the puzzle nevertheless.

Way too hot today here for soup, unless it was a cold one, temp is 93 and feels like 103, hardly any breeze!

That was lovely!!!!!!! I am making a good soup which will keep you warm. Here the temperature is 25c. We need very badly some rain.
May be I send you the soup and you return me some winter weather with rain.

Just started with this web site. Not too good with jigsaws but having fun. Wish I could send or package all you cold weather people some of our San Diego sunshine. It's in the 70's during the day but cold at night. Low 40's. You are all probably laughing at our low temps but anything under 70 is cold to us. Would love some of your rain and winter like weather.

Same here Dechantal, especially with this polar vortex or how they call it...although we need rain badly.

Happy weekend all. It is the coldest day for us so far--down near freezing when I ate breakfast. In spite of that there are two mandevillas in the back yard still doing fine and blooming away and a nasturtium in the front still looking lovely with bright orange flowers. I guess the cold hasn't gotten into the ground yet as it has been fairly dry. I notice with plants I keep on the porch that not watering them actually gives them a better chance of survival. well those are my gardening types for today. God's peace be yours today.

That's tips not types. I notice words I type are sometimes changed-- not always for the better.

Hi Sunset. I'm never ready for it. We still have leaves on the trees and I am expecting a big shipment of shrubs top replace the ones we had removed. I hope they come soon as it is getting cold fast now.

Not as easy as it looks.

"Don't ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive" - Harold Whitman

Have a wonderful day and God bless. Hugs.

What Harold said is very true.

I hope everyone is having a great and alive weekend.

Very true. Most inventions and art comes from those kinds of people. It takes courage to go that way as others impinge on your time and often try to force what they think is a better path on you. That happened to many composers but they persevered and the world is richer for it.

Amen to that. Got very little done this week as I went to the New England Conservatory of Music to see all the bright and new talented students perform. The events were FREE to the public and so that was a bonus too. So far in my family I am the only one showing any musical talent...well let's see what my grand niece can do. She must have pretty good lungs at 7 months of age. AAAAAHHHHHHH!!! Also picked up a Placido Domingo DVD for a mere dollar. Great week...and hope to keep that going.

Wow, Rozina...I'd have loved to join you. I loved it when they'd broadcast the Van Cliburn piano competition on PBS. Once I went to a recital at our local college of a wonderful young violinist. It was a treat. I enjoyed it more than a professional concert.
