It's just my husband and me so we aren't wrapping our stuff since we already know what we've gotten. We did hold off using it except to test it out to make sure everything is working. I wish I could surprise him with something he'd love but I have found over the years it's a hopeless pursuit. I have to stick to what he asks for...which is not much as he just likes to buy books.
Hope you all have been able to think of some wonderful surprise for your significant other (whether spouse, friend, or offspring).
It used to be but not any more since I do all the wrapping, and all the clean up. Anyway it eliminates wasting paper.
I hardly recognize myself any more. So many things I used to enjoy when young are now a nuisance.

No pets, I just enjoy other people's pets and have none of the responsibility. My sister has a cat and a dog (Harrison). The cat would be the most unfriendly cat I have ever known and Harrison is as silly as a wet hen, but very lovable.

I'm petless also. Neither of my last two cats were cuddlers :-( Neither is my husband. Oh well. I am...or would be. Too late now. Glad you and your sister have pets to enjoy and eachother. I guess you live near eachother. My only brother lives at the other end of the country from us. He has 2 dogs. I'm allergic to dogs but only mildly. I got him to get the dogs inot obedience training after they pulled his wife over and scraped her u[ chasing after another dog.
Just a few short weeks ago I asked for prayers for my hubby and me. Thank you all for your support. This morning, I will be taking him to his first oncologist visit. Looking forward to learning more.
This afternoon, we will attend visitation for my mother who passed away last Friday, with services tomorrow. I am so thankful that we know where she is, and she gets to be with my Pops who passed nine months ago. And our journey in faith continues.

My daughter likes to have her gifts wrapped in the comics that come in the Sunday Newspaper each week. That way she not only enjoys the gifts but also gets entertained by all the comics. She said that her's are easier to spot under the tree also.
