I have a lot of these sewing supplies in my old sewing box.....I have to scrap away the cobwebs to find a needle when one of the few times arises that I need to mend something simple. Aarg. Hate sewing.

It's so disappointing when things a person loved to do, but because of age...just had to give up doing. My hands have gotten so bad, that buttoning a blouse or opening a jar, is near to impossible. I'm glad that I can still type on a keyboard, since I do it on my volunteer job with the library.
Like a lot of things...missed out on the sewing gene. Don't like it, don't do it. Found a wonderful seamstress in my town and she is a lifesaver when I need something hemmed.
Been there, Done this and now only maybe mending or doing a hem! Used to make slip covers and clothes for teaching! Cheaper then to make clothes than to buy them..Now it's just the opposite!
Wow I thought I was never going to finish this one, a big thank you team for this one I must admit I really did enjoy the challenge, it does one good sometimes to get the old brain box working. It would not do for us to get them easy, and it is nice to have a challenge.
For me this one was fairly easy. I did it in my usual 108 Classic. First I did the ball of red yarn and then the 3 spools of thread. The rest just fell into place after that.
It was wicked weather here last night for Halloween. Rain, a few snow flurries, high wind and very cold. We usually have about 250 - 300 kids and last night we were down to about 50. Going to take the left over candy to a local shelter. Happy November everyone.

Wow you do well having so many coming to visit you on Halloween, nice to keep up with tradition and nicer still to take your leftover goodie to the local shelter.I am sure they look forward to the goodies you take them God bless for the good work you are doing. Love Santa.

Wow. I agree Santaclaus, that was quite a challenge. Always like the large puzzle cuts because I also don't want them too easy. As for the old brain box...well I'm afraid the lid has already closed on mine!
