Oh, I would love to be on this road, to travel to new places. but home I must stay. Fell again this am, and messed up my arm. That is what happens at 5;30AM taking the dog out.
So sorry about your arm, cindyj. It's one of the reasons I no longer want a cat. Don't want to fall over one when it decides to walk under me when I'm going someplace.

Yea, my new cat, Leo, walks between my feet all the time. Unfortunately, It was my own fault I fell. Only dog was with me and she is very careful with me.

Its healing, but it is skinned like when you fall on cement. That is what happened. Arm is ok but I don't want to get it wet until it heals over. Took off all the skin in a patch. Bloody mess.

Sorry to hear you did such a painful scrape but I'm glad it isn't broken. Hope it heals quickly. I find peroxide helps it do that.

My doc tell me that all the time. To soak in a tub of hot water with Epson salt. but of course I resist.

Try both. Do the soak while you watch TV. Put the peroxide on b4 you start the active part of your day.
Just go over the spot gently with a soaked cotton ball. Hope your arm is healed soon. cindyj.

Your lucky that you only had a scrape. This past summer I tripped and fell on my hand. Landed on it bent and broke it - it was so severe that it required surgery to repair it. Pins were inserted and couldn't do anything for 6 weeks. Ugh! omg the pain - 10 which the highest. Had to quit my job.
The colour of the road amazes me...wonder what's around the bend? Do so enjoy reading all your comments and caring of each other - blessings to you all.
