No matter where this is, the ridiculous overcrowding and lack of space around the individual dwellings makes the area unimpressive. This must be in Europe, as I have never seen such overbuilding on ocean or lake frontage in the US. And the residents and property owners probably pay through the nose for this sort of living.
Love the joke and love the quote because that is the absolute truth that I have discovered as I get older. Getting older isn't for wimps, but it sure is a blessing in acquired wisdom!
