Oh my CatLadyOKC, I just saw this now! Doing this puzzle again, so cute..Reminds me of when KitKat was little, loved to play with the shiny unbreakable ornaments. We would give her one. So miss the KitKat...this brings back memories. Thanks CatLadyOKC. >^-^<

Daughter says that her two kittens have taken the decorations off their tree at least three times already at her house, our old cat is not interested in anything except sleeping in front of the fake fireplace.

Between the cats and the 2 year old grandson it is a uphill battle trying to keep our tree decorated LOL. But my daughter found a great solution. She went to the dollar store and found motion activated musical ornaments. We put some on the tree so now the cats try to play with it and the music startles them away LOL. The toddler, not so much.

Sounds like you are keeping busy...I remember those days with our kids & grandkids...no problem now youngest is now 14. Had a neighbor once that several cats that got hold of the lights & pulled them to the inside of the tree every night that year. She finally put them in the basement overnight on Christmas Eve. Don't think you can do that with the toddler. LOL

Nope can't do that with a toddler or even the cats LOL. The cats would drive us crazy digging at the door LOL, especially the 5 month old kitten. The 11 year old cat would also have a huge attitude with us after we let them out LOL.

Almost June 1st but couldn't resist doing this one. Looks like my "Tabby", but she wouldn't do that. She's the most polite cat I have ever had. Sits and waits for something.

One year we bought my parents some chocolate mints and had them wrapped and under the tree, and while we were out to dinner the cat was busy opening the package. Good thing she didn't get into the chocolate. I think she thought it was catnip and it was for her., but the box of candy had cat teeth marks in it all over. We had to go out and buy a new one. :)

OH! NO NO! Kittums. That pretty ornament has to stay on the tree.
Maybe Santa Clause will bring you some catnip or a toy.
A very happy Christmas to all.

I agree with you! We were lucky none of our cats have ever bother the trees. We did have a neighbor that had 2 cats, they pulled all the decorations to the center of the tree overnite the day she put the tree up.
Wishing you & hockeyfan a Merry Christmas. To all Happy Holidays & have a safe one. Thanks to C4J staff for all the wonderful puzzles.

Looks like the weather will be good here for the weekend, back up in the 50's I think, and they should be thru from Dallas going to Wichita on Saturday. May go over to daughter's new house and meet there, they helped her very gererously after the tornado.

Merry Christmas & Best Wishes to you and your family.

It has been a long year! Our son came in for KC last night (suprised us) and stayed the night! He will stop and visit with his son most of today before going back to KC.

Love him up while he's there. We lost our son Micah in mid May. I wanted to share with you all but just could not. Christmas is going to be quite with out him. But I know he's in heaven with the Lord as he is a Christian. We will see one day again. So tell your family how much you love them.

So sorry about Micah. We lost our son in October. He was 32 and has out of wedlock kids whose mothers I don't trust so my husband and I who rarely agree have agreed to going back to "just us." It is the only thing that gives us peace. It was wonderful when we had the hope of our son getting on his feet and taking care of a family, but it never came about.
We miss him so much but he also made our lives hard with the people we were dragged into contact with because of him including embezzlers and murderers, and the constant financial burden we had to shoulder as well as court appearances etc we had to chaffeur him to while watching his eldest daughter. I only saw his other child twice so I am not attached to her and the other one on the way we all question as being his and because of this now question the prior child. A sad state of affairs.
I hope you at least have good memories of your son and that he made you proud.

That's wonderful. I belonged to a prayer group of born again Christians and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It was so amazing to hear the witness of everyone's answered prayers. In those days I was hoping to be a mystic/saint. Now I feel as if I'll be lucky to not be rejected. I never managed to do much good.

That happened to my brother-in-law. His brother ruined his credit so even though he paid the money back, his credit score prevents him from using cards.
Saying a prayer for your daughter. 8 kids is a lot even with 2 people working to support them.
