Sounds good to me. My sister bought me some delicious refrigeratated pie about 3 days ago. I take a bite every few days. However, I don't want to get on the scales after the holidays. IIt's hard to be good during the holidays. Merry Christmas to you.

It's hard to be good any time of the year! lol Holidays are the worse, though. I've been doing some research and finding good recipes for desserts for diabetics. They look pretty good. One of my brothers is diabetic also, so I'm making him a package. I'll be traveling to see him in a few weeks. Merry Christmas to you to, dear one.

Keep your teens. It's supposed to get into the 30's tomorrow night. Had 80's yesterday. Rain tonight, but my back door goes in tomorrow--yah! Only about 8 weeks waiting for it. Merry Christmas! Stay warm!

Much better today only 30 & should get to 52 this afternoon. You need long pants & long sleeved shirts both off you. I've got my jeans & turtle neck shirt w/a Thunder t-shirt over it.

I'm not letting my girls in the back room until it warms up some. Also atrium closed to them at night and anytime below 60 degrees. Not spoiled much!!

I have opened one of my sliding glass doors to the back room about 9" so they can go out there if they want. Also have put the cat littler box back out there. However now 2 of them are sleeping under by table Christmas tree and Blu is on my bed.

Sounds like the a normal cats...they do what they want too. We had some fiends that had a couple cats and one year they decided to help w/the Christmas Tree, they wanted until till the friends had gone to bed & they pulled all the lights and decorations down the center of the tree & this was a large tree. She had to untangle them & remove everything off the tree & and start over. She banded the cats to the finished basement until she took the tree down.

Mine have never touched the tree--just sleep under it. I guess I am a lucky "momma"

I'm ready for my yearly piece as well minus the whip cream. I will save the whip cream for my pumpkin pie I usually have the next day. :)

Pecan pie is wonderful, but yes it can be too sweet. So that is why you squirt on Ready Whip and have a cup of coffee to balance out the sweetness. Love it. My husband and I make one that calls for Watkins vanilla and Brandy. So good.

That was really hard with 520 pieces! The filling was the hard part and I had to keep coming back to it over two days. Very satisfying when I'd finished. I don't like pecan pie as it is too sweet.

It is a beautiful pie, but not one of my favorites.
Good puzzle.

My favorite of all pies is blueberry. But, then, there's chocolate cream. Or pumpkin. Or coconut cream.

I like the taste for about 3 bites and then it's too sweet.

Trynfindit - you missed cherry, apple, lemon, keylime - but pumkin & pecan are not on my list!

Actually, I do love Key lime pie (made with an Oreo crumb crust), cherry, apple, and lemon, but I didn't want to seem greedy. ;)
