Love mushrooms. Got some today to go in my salad. This was an easy puzzle to do. Time to do "cat duty"--litter boxes-- and then to bed. Have a good rest of the week.
Hi Havilah-Hope your cooking lessons are going well. Cooking mushroom is very easy, and they are good for you and are great with steak or burgers. Good luck!! I usually clean them with a brush and spray a bit of Pam in the frying pan and just saute them until they are done, and you can also slice them raw(and cleaned) for a salad..

I love mushrooms cooked this way: I scrub them off and snap out the stems. Put them (stem hole up) on baking sheet. You can add a smidge of garlic salt here, but not needed. Bake them for a little while at about 375 degrees. Fabulous juice will develop in them. I don't know how long in the oven. Just check them out and don't let them become crispy critters.
