I don't like the red table cloth but it is in Italy so I guess that is their style. I saw arlenez used 154 diamonds and I did 220 diamonds. That was a mistake. I worked on it some for several days.

Am I the only one here who thinks this is ugly? I like the tile a lot though! lol

I agree -- the red doesn't go with the orange and green. Take the red checkered cloths out, and, although a little crowded, it would look cool, peaceful and pretty.

I can't say I'm really fond of the color combination. But I do believe everyone should be free to express themselves in whatever colors they love.

I agree, but would take out the black tablecloths. :)

Nlb, I agree with you as well. They have the right to express themselves, and think it's beautiful. I have the same freedom to think it's ugly! lololol trynfindit, I don't see any black tablecloths, or I would take them off for you. :) Luvs, I agree, the red has to go.

Mine show a red & white cloth over a two-toned green with yellow-orange plaid. The chairs are light green, which match one of the greens in the bottom cloth.

I also noticed that the seats on the chair is a cane weave on the chairs, also I see a small darker orange in one corner of the top tablecloth. The bottom tablecloth I see 3 different greens & yellow also it looks like they are lined by a dark orange or red.

PS. also some of the tables closer the door & windows it looks like it's a reflection not the white table cloth.

WTG Eagle Eye! lol You sure have an eye for detail. My lack thereof was a hindrance for my blind friend. I'd try to describe something to her, and she'd say "I need more details" which I just couldn't see. This happened especially while ordering clothes online or shopping of any kind. Somehow though, we managed to keep the friendship alive for many, many years.

I think part of that is from the painting lesson I took many years ago, the kids were in grade school & middle school. I had a great teacher she taught at the Firehouse in Norman & I learned to do painting in oil & watercolors during those times. I even sold a few of my paintings.

I like colors, so I like this decor!

LOL. rahrah, the lower tablecloth looks orange and black on my monitor.
And, yes, I agree that whatever color a person wants to use is their choice. I used to encourage my kids when they were young and coloring in their coloring books not to worry about having a blue dog or a red cat or orange grass and trees. :)

The red and white tablecloths on top need to go to some other place, far, far away. Otherwise the place seems welcoming. I can almost smell the sauce cooking...

I'm sure my daughter & granddarling would agree with you, they were in Italy just yesterday! They sent a picture of their meal, and it looked so good. They are abroad with the Girl Scouts. There are four from Tucson, AZ, where we live. Today they are in Switzerland, and of course we got pictures of the Alps. They're having a great time. Oh, they took the gondolas in Venice, too.

That's a trip of a lifetime! Sounds like they're having a wonderful time.

They sure are, and they know how to appreciate something as monumental as going abroad. My granddarling just graduated high school earlier this month, so she'll remember everything about the trip. Of course, everyone has a camera on their phones now, so there will be plenty of pictures. She also took the family camera, which she knows how to use after two years of photography and being on the yearbook committee. I'm pretty excited for them.

This brought back a memory I treasure. One evening in Spain six of us (people we met at our hotel nearby) went to a tiny restaurant on a walking street. The proprietress was the cook, server, and everything else. It was a bit disorganized as she had just returned from a family funeral in Poland. And --- she was supervising her daughter's homework upstairs in their apartment. And --- she ran down the street to get some provision she needed! When we noticed the frustration with the homework project, we inquired about it. It was a math issue. We said, "Would you like us to see if we could help her? " "Oh, please! " The daughter came down, we instructed, she "got it" and everyone was happy. The mother couldn't do enough to please us! It was a fun evening!

One evening in Spain we dined with two other couples --- new acquaintances -- all former teachers --- at a small restaurant. Very informal, but enjoyable. We ended up tutoring the daughter of the proprietor/chef/server --- in Math. A memorable evening!

I enjoyed this puzzle! Thanks team! Perhaps the color scheme is not the best combo, but these little local places can absolutely serve some of the best food in their area and are the most fun to go to. So relaxing a person just likes to "hang" out with their friends and enjoy an afternoon of margaritas and good food!! :)

Don't like this, reminds me of our local "Fish and chip " shop. everything just slung together. Italian restaurants should be cosy and with low lights nice music and lovely food.
Stay comfortable and safe. God bless.
