Very quick puzzle. This reminded me of cookies I could bake so they are ready to go in the oven now--pecan turtle cookies by Nestles--slice and bake. My kind of cooking!

It's almost Christmas 2014 and am excited for the first time in a lot of years. Can't wait for my great granddaughter to see Santa and the tree with lights.

Oh wonderful, sherrybee! That is what it is all about--the little kids. I don't want to rush my grandson, but I hope he produces a great grandbaby for me while I am still around to help spoil it!

Nom nom nom! I'm not baking it, but I'm saving a recipe that I found. It is for a chocolate bundt cake (death by chocolate? ) It is made with choc. pudding and choc. chips and has melted choc. drizzled all over it. How does that old saying go? A taste on your lips for a minute and on your hips forever?

Lovely cake, making me hungry so early in the morning. Need coffee first. :) Thank you C4J folks for all the wonderful puzzles of late. There have been some fabulous puzzles pictured. To all of you "happy puzzlers", wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year 2014! :)

Tomandray, I don't understand why you do not have coffee right in front of you! That is the first thing I do--get my coffee and then head to the computer.

Hi Starrphyre, I make coffee when my hubby gets up and when I have company. The first thing I reach for when I get up is water to rehydrate after sleeping all night. Coffee dehydrates. :) Have a great evening. :)

Tomandray, YES. I did hear or read somewhere that your body gets dehydrated during the night and that we need quite a bit of water when we wake up. I haven't thought about that. I am probably too much of a creature of habit with my coffee.

Hi Starrphyre, Yes, I too was a creature of habit. But my chiropractor noticed I was very dehydrated one morning when I went to his office for treatment. So now I start with 1 glass of water with my thyroid pill, wait 10 mins. then second glass of water with two probiotics. Wait 1/2 hour then fruit for breakfast. Good start to the day. :) Have a wonderful day. :)

Many of these puzzles showing food make me think I ought to get out there in the kitchen and get busy! I could make this cake if I wasn't so lazy. Actually, it wouldn't even be hard to do!

Thank you team for our first taste of Xmas, I think I would like my starter first, maybe melon with parma ham or even a bowl of home made soup, then a nice plump bird with all the trimmings, and then a Xmas pud, or maybe a nice trifle, and I like to finish with a nice piece of home-made Christmas cake, and a nice piece of Stilton cheese. Thank you team enjoyed this one, if ever you are in this neck of the woods you are very welcome to call in all are welcome.
(love and joy come to you and all your families to, because we all wish you a merry Xmas and a happy NEW Year.)
