This is sheer torture!! I'm on clear fluids only for two days (prep for colonoscopy), and these two puzzles show up! My biggest guilty pleasures...cookie and donuts...I'll do the puzzles, but I'm whimpering all the way...;) ;) ;)

How hard that is! Prepping for a colonoscopy is one of the worst things in the world. Hope everything comes out ok.

Lol joyce, just sent to taunt you. And nlb, I have had a lot of surgery and the worst was a hip replacement in a hospital with no aircoditioning (it does now) and a rubber sheet under me. Not the best of situations. Hugs.

I have to agree with you, aussie. that sounds pretty miserable.

Aussie, that would have killed me! MS makes me heat-intolerant, and I end up having a huge anxiety attack, which only makes it worse. We have to keep our house around 70 degrees or less for me...everyone else freezes. We keep lots of blankets around for them! Hugs.

Finished the colonoscopy today. Everything came out fine! First thing I asked for when it was over was DONUTS!! Yay!

Colonoscopy, ask for Picolax. It's so much easier and make sure you stick to the times it says. Don't be later as I did that and the guy who did the colonoscopy was able to remove a few polyps for me. I also had my stomach checked so was knocked out so I didn't feel any of it. I request that each time as my intestines are quite wiggly. It's painful for me when they try. Anyway, knocking me out puts me at ease and then everyone is at ease.

Taffi...I was knocked out for the whole thing! The hardest part was the prep. Clear liquids for two days, and mega laxatives. I lived in the bathroom! Best part: totally clean results...Yay! No problems there!

Excellent! My last polyp removal before this one had a quite large one which they checked for cancer. It was pre-cancerous so I get a colonoscopy every 6 months.

Lucky you, Taffi, mega laxatives every 6 months! At least they found it while it was at the "pre" stage and it is surely worth the colonoscopies to make sure that's as far as it gets. Thank God.

That's why I like the Picolax. It's not as tough on the system. Still, it clears it out. You take one at 2pm and then the other at 6pm. Clear fluids the day before and nothing after 6pm. Works for me.

I've not heard of it and am sure I will forget it before my next colonoscopy as I only have theem every five years.

With every 6 months, no wonder I remember it! Have a great rest of the day.

Yum, yum, yum. I think I would prefer the donuts to the bat. Darker coloring for decorating when baking tend to be bitter tasting. Now chocolate...

God bless you all.

I love 'em too. I love stale donuts better than fresh ones.

As if the frosting wasn't enough sugar, here's some candy, too.
