Grew up in the midwest and many days I was asked to run down to the store and get food like milk or eggs. I did it but many days I didn't want to go outside because of the weather. There were days that were like -15 below.
There are more then just those listed. Up near Waukegan, is North Chicago. I live near there.

I was in Chicago for a short while as a teen. The drive along the lake with all the skyscrapers is gorgeous at night. Is north Chicago as cold as Chicago is?

Yes, Pixipixil, I am sure it is as cold as the real Chicago. they are separated by only about 40 miles.

Poor you in the winter. Oh well--all the more reason to stay at home and do puzzles, right?
This took me the longest ever, I decided the quicker times would more than likely have been done by people who have been or lived in this area I kept having to keep enlarging the puzzle for spelling place names, loved doing it anyway, hope you all had an interesting day.
