Oh what a great idea! My granddaughter is coming over tomorrow for a couple of days and she is my little crafter - my grandmother gave me my love of crafting (and also taught me to crochet and quilt) and I passed it on to my granddaughter. I have supplies for us to make sock snowboys & girls and sequin ornaments. I have felt, stuffing, ribbon and even some little google eyes we could use. I think we'll make gingerbread boys & girls tree ornaments too. Thanks C4J!

Good morning to you and everyone else! I remember making these cookie cutter ornaments with my kid & grandkids. We used to have the kids tree in the family room (they decorated it) and the other in the living room (the one I got to decorate). Our outdoor decorations lite up the street. Did a number of the big wooden ones with the lights stuck thru them, had to get shots in both thumbs (stressed both out doing that). Love Christmas memories from when the kids were young.

Agreed! I love the memories of when they were young. No more little ones in family.

Good evening to you CATLADYOKC. Didn't see your remarks for couple of days. Hoping all was well your way. Glad to see your back. Yes, Christmas memories are precious. That was a good idea with two trees.

Went to bed last nite, temp in the 60's - now it is 28 forcast chg'd from rain to ice. What a difference a night makes...Have been on, but haven't said much, trying to get ahead, was expecting company this weekend, but will now be later on due to the weather. My brother & wife on way to either Wichita or Dallas they will reroute the trip depending on weather. They live in NM.

Wow, what a change in the weather. It's a shame it is putting a damper on your Christmas company. Hopefully the weather will get better so they can visit you. It's warmer here near 60's but to get rain thru the weekend. Then turn cold again. The weather is very unpredictable. Will hope for the best for your brother & wife.

Love it and what a nice idea for these gingerbread men to be knitted and there is one thing about these little chappies you would not put any weight on with these, not unless you was a goat as they will eat anything.
