As I was doing last puzzle I happen to see the word Renderings. I hadn't noticed it before. It was a couple pages of cartoonish puzzles. This was a lot of fun. I see you all did it in 2019. CatLadyOKC wrote about living in Kansas. I lived in Kansas 10 or so years. I haven't seen CatLadyOKC for a long time. Does anyone know what happened to her? Always enjoyed what she wrote.

Took me a long time, it probably would have helped if I had read the book! I know, it's a classic. lol

Ok, since you recommend it! lol I guess I should watch or read it. When I have great grandchildren, I'll probably want to know the story.

I take it that Kansas is where this story takes place. Or was that in reference to Judy Garland and the Wizard of Oz? I've seen that one plenty! lol

Topsy Turvy! Not too easy a puzzle.

In a skating show when I was in my twenties I was Alice. The pro had me cast as Carmen but another skater complained she was there longer and deserved to be Carmen so they put me in the kids' number as Alice. The music they used for the Carmen number was awful so I was glad I was switched. I had the music from the Disney movie which was at least pleasant.
I have always liked shows and had wanted to be in one since I had started skating. It took until the end of my career for it to happen. I even got to help put on a show some years after I quit competition when I "turned pro" myself. That didn't last long. It was giving me ulcer attacks so I quit, but I did enjoy choreographing a number of the routines. Would still enjoy doing that if it were possible.
Hoping God has given you the opportunities to try doing the things your heart desired. I got to do most and none of them turned out to be something I could stick to. They all had ugly undersides.
