Sure enjoyed that show. We watch the reruns often.....better than the news coverage....if you all know what I mean!!!

Whatever happened to enjoyable, relatively clean comedies? I really enjoyed Golden Girls, Sanford and Son, Bob Newhart, Murphy Brown, WKRP. Taxi, Roxanne, etc. And Mash, of course. What was the show with Mel and the waitresses at his diner?

The show with Mel and the waitresses - Alice. Polly Holliday became famous for her line saying "Mel, kiss my grits".
I wonder what this hawk has found - maybe a rabbit. I was in NYC with my mom and grandmother. We were walking down one street. My mom says regarding a man that walked by us - omg that was Alan Alda. I've even a few people that were on tv.
