Nice hot tea is what's needed for today in much of the US in this frigid cold.

Had to look that one up pixi. I favor Earl Grey and Lady Grey and we had one in a Yorkshire B&B called PG Tips that was good.

I agree with you. It was so cold and windy here in Virginia. The temp was 8 and swind chill -2 degrees. My poor knees do not like this cold weather. Hot tea sound very good.

I've never had that lapsang suchong tea. I drink Lipton Green Tea, Celestial Seasonings and a brand my store has (Private Selection) for herbal teas.

Lapsang is so different from all other teas. It smells a bit like my dad's pipe tobacco and has a rich smoky taste. It has no bitterness so you can brew it really strong. You have to buy it through specialty stores that sell loose tea per ounce. Google a few on the internet and try it. You may hate it but if not you will love it. No halfway about that tea!
I mostly drink green tea for my digestion more than the taste although I like it. I also buy Celestial seasonings Sleepytime and Tension Tamer and Bigelow orange spice.

I drink a lot of tea
my niece and her husband went to England several times she brought me tea
t don't remember the name but it was all good
they had a gift shop for several years and she sold tea from England
when they retired she gave me a lot that she had left
I sure did enjoy it

I don't bake but I just got a fresh batch from the bakery. I also have scones if you'd prefer.

Oh I love scones. We fell in love with them in England and Scotland. Actually, King Arthur Flour's catalog has some excellent scone mixes. (I'm not associated with KAF, I just love their stuff! )
