Ever have 'em deviled? I used to do that after Easter to avoid wasting the eggs. Everybody loved them and I'm not a fan of hard boiled either. You mash the yoke in mayonaise, horseradish, a bit of mustard, a touch of lime juice. Mound it back on the hard white (cut in half lengthwise) and sprinkle with chili powder or paprika.

Hi pixipixil................I love deviled eggs but my husband doesn't so I hardly ever make them. So if you wouldn't mind would you send me a couple the next time you make them. I'll take the paprika. Thank you very much. LOL

I'd be glad to oblige except my tummy has taken offense to horseradish so I haven't made any in ages. Also no one in our family is young enough for egg-dying. I'm going to have to make you some virtual deviled eggs and we will eat them on a virtual picnic the next time the daily puzzle has a good scene. You can bring some virtual iced tea or lemonade, okay?

Pixipixl, if horseradish has turned against you, you might like to try mashing the yolks with mayo and a little dill. It's a very different taste, but I enjoy it.

today he called me and said
