I see the tufts on the ears that makes me think Maine Coon, but I was just reading the current Cat Fancy and they featured a cat with curly to frizzy hair called La Perm. They are born naked. This cat may be a mix.

Not the same cat--this one's ears are larger. I agree, I think he's a Maine Coon---my mom had one.
