Very very beautiful, however Corsica doesn't have anything over the
fabulous red rock areas of Nevada and Arizona.

What a lovely display of vibrant colours, how lucky we are to see these mountain landscapes, and what one would give to be in your Photograph shoes for taking such a good variety of pictures and having a head for heights, thank you team for these shoots.

I always wanted to write Santa, but my family didn't teach me to believe in him. I was grown before I discovered he was real! LOL!

I saw no place else to reply re your "moving" post, so I'm writing HERE to tell you an old maxim which touches on how much STUFF we found we have when we're forced to move it...& it says, "Five moves is equal to a fire." Have fun thinning out your possessions! LOL!

One more note about that. Halfway down in one end of the Grand Canyon is a stopping point where people & burros coming up or going down pause to rest. SOME are wise enough to do this going DOWN, but the really sturdy ones decide AFTER hauling huge backpacks halfway back up.

"This" is the huge pile of perfectly good--but heavy--equipment, bedding, clothes, etc. left at the home of the caretaker of the oasis. Others who might could USE these items are free to take it. I got an item or two myself...on the way back up! LOL! Have fun!

Thank you for your feed back we are still trying to get rid of some of our possession, Hard but I am throwing stuff into charity bags and my other half is taking them back out, I am now making xmas cakes as If we manage to sell our home I know my oven and could not risk making them from a strange one, have four more to make and that will be my cakes made and a few Xmas boxes a less to think about.

Hi folks - back from Nanango and what a huge job my sister has in moving. Some of her church friends have offered to help her pack, and that is a relief. We will be going there every second weekend until settlement of her property and by that time she will have a place near us. We brought as much back with us as possible, but much more to bring :(

"You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It won't happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don't care how hard this is, I don't care how disappointed I am, I'm not going to let this get the best of me. I'm moving on with my life." – Joel Osteen

This has been my sister's dream for a long time, she will do it :)

Have a beautiful day, hug someone you love and God bless all of you.

I remember moving from one state to another to be closer to my sisters after our mom died. It has been over a year and I still have stuff back at my old. state. moved from Pennsylvania to Virginia. Love southern living. Good luck to your sister and to you Aussie.

By the way, I love Joel Osteen. He is an awesome speaker. Another I like is Dr. Charles Stanley. His books, "In Touch" daily devotions are really inspiring.

God bless you too Aussiesapphire. And the same to all the others puzzling today. Talking about puzzling, I am cleaning out my father's house so I can move in. It is a real puzzle trying to decide which piece (of furniture) will fit in which hole. And the pictures on the wall. My sister will be taking most of the ones Dad had so which of mine will I replace them with, and where will I put each one? And on and on the puzzle goes!

You will do fine, but it will be a job, I'm sure. Stay strong and each piece of puzzle you fill in ( furniture and pictures ) will be heart warming to you. My blessings to you.

It's late Sunday evening and I'm worried and I ask my puzzler friends for prayers for the safety of my son. He's traveling in Eastern Europe this week. I'm not even sure where he is right now. The traveler warnings to Americans abroad have me thinking he's entirely too close to Al Qaeda. Of course we pray for everyone to be safe but I thought a little extra wouldn't hurt. Thank you.

I will have your son in my prayers ginny. I pray that the Lord will watch over your son and all the people in flight as we hear about more terror attacks. God be with them all and keep them safe until they return home again to be with their loved ones.
Amen

Hi Aussiesapphire our house hold is hoping to find a new home and so we are getting rid of some of our treasures one does not realise just what we have in our homes till you decide to have a move, we have made a vow not to buy any nick knacks again if we find a place we are looking for, I suppose we will eat our words when we see some-thing we like when shopping.Sending you a great big hug puzzlers and have a thought to these that are wondering where they are in different country's, we will all say a prayer and soon you will here from your son soon.

Hi Santaclaus, Not only moving causes a big clean out, but getting married after 31 years does lol. My husband moved in here as he came from another state in Australia, and I am still going through those accumulated treasures of 31 years. Now my sister is moving close to where we are and she is going through the same thing. As for not buying any more "stuff" good luck with that lol. Didn't work here. God bless and take care.
