Don't care for the patterns on them. Not my choice!

Beautiful, but challenging. Excellent news: Pastor Vicente has only 2 chemo sessions left, should be done by Sept 30. Drs very pleased with his progress. He was balding, and now the hair's growing back all over! Everyone, doctors, other patients etc keeps using the word "miracle." I believe it. He's eager to get back to his normal life.

Hooray! good news - yeah don't blame him about getting back to normal life. My father went thru chemo as well. For me it was very hard because he went from healthy to that. Everyone here kept asking what's wrong with your father. Even went thru a stem cell treatment. That treatment the insurance covered all of it. That was a 250K procedure.

Great news Orinoco and amazing about the re-growth of his hair. He will be like a new man!!!

"I am a unique expression
of the universal fabric of creation;
I am that I am that I am.
In the eternity of all creation,
I am the only ME that ever will be;
and I am so honored that the Power of the Universe
has chosen for me to be ME." Jonathan Lockwood Huie

"Love each other dearly always. There is scarcely anything else in the world but that: to love one another."
– Victor Hugo

Take care and God bless. Hugs.

That is fantastic news Orinoco. It will be some time before he gets back to the way he used to be. God does do miracles.

I loved your comment about sew it would seam. If we cannot laugh, we are sad people indeed - or at least in word.

I enjoyed this jigsaw puzzle:) Made me remember all the different fabrics my Nana, AKA Grandma, my Mother's Mother. My Mom and my Nana would go shopping for fabric. They would sew so much:) I loved to go to Yardage City with them:)

My wonderful Mom would sew mine and my two Sister's clothing. She also sewed my Brother's shirts. REST IN PEACE Mom.

I have recently been collecting quilt patterns and kits for Row By Row. I was thoroughly amazed how beautiful and diverse the fabric is that is available today. I even discovered that variegated thread is now available. Intense revelation at 63!

Okay ya'll. Call me crazy, call me a lunatic, call me daring, or just plain call me dumb. I am going back to school for 2 years at Liberty University in Virginia to get my teaching degree. I am also in Bible Institute for 3 years to a degree in bible study; I am also taking religion in school as a minor. I am also, on top of this, the new Sunday School Teacher for 2nd -5th graders starting this coming Sunday. Then in October, I will be involved with the Good News Club for prek-5th graders teaching them more about Jesus in a local elementary school. Plus on top of that, being a wife to the most wonderful and helping husband a woman can ever have. He is my rock and will not let me slide. God has given me some wonderful challenges and I pray that I do not let Him down. The funniest part of all this is, the kids in my Sunday School class are the Pastor's own 3 sons. I pray that I will have the strength, wisdom, and love in me to pull all of this off.
Sorry I sounded like I was bragging, but I am just so stoked to be able to work for the Lord after being saved only 3 years. God does work strange ways. Thanks for listening. Have a blessed week and may God keep ya'll safe and out of harm's way.

Mamag, you sound like you're writing my biography from many years ago! You're not crazy, you're filled with the Spirit! Keep up the good work for as long as you have the strength and your body allows you to. Your mission may change and evolve as you grow in wisdom. Just enjoy wherever the Spirit leads you! God Bless!!

I admire your passion, Mamag, especially because it is for our Lord and Savior. Just be careful you do not neglect your diet and mental health. If you feel yourself slipping, decide what one you can drop. Before you get ill, not after. Hope everything works well. You have a good, positive attitude.
