Its hard to believe leaves really look like this. Here in Southern CA it is practically summer all year long. It would be something to see this for real.
Thank you team for these Autumn jigsaws, love these rustic colours, Autumn brings us, and the enjoyment the young ones get through making them into pictures, although it was a wee bit harder than the norm for putting this one together. Have a great week-end every one, lots of love Santa.
And it is a puzzler's delight. I was slow this morning. Usually hit a bit under double Leighta's time but I was a good 2 minutes over. That's ok. More time to enjoy it.

The shadow in the middle reminds me of a phoenix with his wing raised and his neck turned to preen the feathers on his back.

I thought it looked like a heron or a crane but a phoenix sounds more poetic. I see herons almost daily and I've only seen a phoenix in my mind.
