I thought this was my dream home years ago. I still look at brick homes as we pass them but now I could only live in a one story. Would love it to be brick. I think they are classy.
I agree. I have a story and a half There are 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and downstairs there is 1 bedroom and a bath. I could deal with it but there is some structural damage to the floor on 1st floor so I half to go upstairs to use bathroom. I'm almost 74 years old so not much I can do about it. We bought this house 34 years ago, so you youngsters out there, take heed, if the Lord is willing....you will be old someday.

I hope you are safe in your home. My dad and his wife had a multi-level house - a total of 5 levels. It got too much for them, but, unfortunately, here in the United States, just about any assisted living situations requires you to pretty much sign everything away to pay for it.

but at age 87 no thank you
