Chocolate is the world's most wonderful invention.

Dearest puzzlers, please keep praying for my son who has been in the Intensive Care Unit going on 9 days now. He went in with a very serious and aggressive infection from a dental procedure. He is doing much better now but is still in ICU. Thanks, y'all. Hugs.

To all of you who've offered prayers our whole family thanks you! Our son was moved out of ICU today. He was not moved to a "regular" room but to a sort of 'one-step-down-from-ICU' room. His condition is improving, praise God, and thanks to our lovely puzzler prayer warriors! Hugs to all of you.

Seen onthe internet a dentist is being sued for all the pain he caused. Isn't it wonderful we can pray. Tho I don't know your son, God does.

We thank y'all for the prayers and good thoughts. They heal the body and mind and lift the spirits. Lane (our son's name) has been able to get up out of bed and walk about some and is more than ready to get this sickie-thing over with. He's lost more than 20 pounds but his sense of humor is good and he looks great to us. Our most sincere thanks again to all of you.

Mmmmm!!! I love chocolate! And I prefer cream filled centers. My favourite chocolate bars are Mars bars, Caramilk, and Reeses Peanut butter cups. What are your favourites?

What were Mars bars in the United States are now Snickers Almond bars. I don't think anything else has changed to them though. They are one of my favorites, although I really enjoy Zero bars every so often.

Hello everybody!! Finally back from my trip to PA. from visiting my father-in-law and my daughter. Joe and I had a good except for the cold, rainy, damp PA weather. The cabin we stayed in adorable. It only had 2 sets of bunk beds, one set had a full bed on the bottom, one long dining table with benches and two chairs. Thank goodness it did have a heater. There was a separate bath house with hot water and hot showers. The hardest part was seeing our son's grave. We had to go clean it, remove old decorations and I put two spin wheels on it.
Other than that, we did have fun even with the bad weather. Joe's dad is doing good; looks a little rough, but for being 87, he is not to bad. He coughs a lot and his legs are very weak but that is expected. We are already looking forward to going back up before the bad cold weather hits again, probably in August or early Sept.
I missed ya'll and I hope all has been well. Look forward to catching up and glad to be back.
