Looks delicious!

I love the composition of this photo with the rough wood table, ecru colored doily and trident (Big Bang Theory reference). The color of the souffles bring out the warmth of the table and doily. Fun puzzle too.

Looks good, as long as it's not too loaded with saturated fat nor cholesterol nor sodium

My first attempt at circles. May be a long time before I try it again!

God bless you all and may your life never fall flat.

Never mind the souffles, when I was growing up, my sweet grandma had crocheted doilies on every table and shelf and crocheted antimacassars on all of the furniture and sometimes an afghan here and there! She taught me to crochet and knit. I enjoy doing both. I should get back to work on something, huh?

I've never had a souffle, but would love to try either a cheese one or a chocolate one - not at the same time.

There were some stories a month or so ago about a Japanese company coming up with slices of chocolate, it looks like a slice of American cheese, except it's (supposedly) chocolate. Japan really hasn't been known for chocolate.

Slam the oven door and poof down they go lol

"The most remarkable thing about my mother is that for 30 years she served the family nothing but leftovers. The original meal has never been found." Calvin Trillin

"The trouble with eating Italian food is that five or six days later, you're hungry again. " George Miller

A cook I am definitely not, but do envy those who are.

Hugs a million and God bless.

So right about slamming the oven door - had an angel food cake turn into an angel food pancake once! Tasted good, but really looked funny.

I love both of your quotes today. I'm still laughing! My husband is now the primary cook in the house...he was raised in a house of 7, and he honed his cooking skills in the Boy Scouts where he was cooking for large groups of hungry boys. Hence, he only cooks in large amounts. We eat leftovers for a month, no matter how terrible or dry it tastes! I guess I can't least he keeps me fed!
