I go to Trader Joe's and buy Naan Bread which looks just like this...it's a great quickie...just put some sauce, mozz and any topping you want on it and pop in the toaster....mmmm, so good!!!

All cultures have a flat bread that is used in different ways. Tortillas, pita, pizza dough, etc. Whether it's used to scoop up other foods or as a holder of other delicious goodness. They are all pretty much very plain tasting. It's what's added that makes them all taste yummy.
