Good morning all my fellow puzzlers, hope everyone has a happy day. If there was a few more colors I would think these were M&M's. When ever I pick up some M&M's I have to buy 3 flavors, regular, peanut, and peanut butter, we all have our favorites. We got some more snow and had really bad wind. I hate it when the wind blows like that because of the really tall pines around the house, always afraid one will snap and hit the house. My son had a tooth pulled out yesterday and it would only come half way out, they had to cut the tooth in half and pull it out in 2 pieces. Poor guy it is hurting so bad right now. They did give him a few pain pills, thank goodness, well it will get better in a few days. You all take care and stay safe.

Doing catch up so just read about your son's tooth extraction. Hope the pain is much less by now and he's able to ditch the pain pills. Prayers for that.

Pixi thanks for the prayers for my son's tooth. Is feeling a little better. They had such a hard time getting it out. He hates to take pain meds so I know it must be hurting.

He's smart to want to avoid them. My son got hooked and is now dead. (You probably know that already.)

Darambo, we used to put a tea bag soaked in cold water (squeezed some, of course) over sore tooth extractions. That might help him if he doesn't like taking meds. We always used Liptons, but I imagine any type would work.

You can also use cloves or clove oil as a numbing agent.

Good point, pixi. I forgot about that.

Akan we also do the tea bag thing...works well for any minor eye problems, like a sty. Pixi we also thought of the cloves but alas I'm out. I am aware of your son Pixi and am so sorry. Matt has seen drug addiction on both sides of our family...unfortunately. He is dead set against them as a result of seeing it first hand. That's why I know he must be hurting really bad. Thanks for the suggestions and concern both of you. Be safe.

Thank you, darambo. My son's name was Matt also.

Pixi I chose my sons name because of the meaning......it means " gift from God " and he was Took 15 years, many doctors appointments, tests medication and even surgery to have him. He is my most precious thing in my life as I'm sure your "Matt" was. I must admire your strength I don't think I could have lived through what you have and still been sane. Be happy and stay safe.

Thank you, darambo. We had to adopt. My husband didn't want surgery. He named him Matthew because he entered a monastery while a teenager and a brother named that was like a father to him. I chose the middle name Gregory (of Nissa not the great). Turns out both names mean Gift of God as the nickname for St. Gregory was Theodore which means gift of God.
When Matt was an infant I would worry about him being alone in his crib all night but then I remembered "the gifts of the Lord are without repentance." It gave me much peace then. It has not gotten easier with time but that quote is something I lean on. Twice I believe Matt helped us. Once when we were lost at night in Florida and another time when I made a wrong turn looking for a waterfall. In both cases we got directions from people who "could have been him" because they were like him or worked at the same place (chain) he did.
Nothing has meant much to me since he died --not as things used to anyway, but you go from day to day and pray and pray. In some ways it is better he is now completely in God's hands because he had gotten to a point beyond our ability to help him here. We keep in touch prayerwise although the connection isn't always the best.

Pixi, one day the hole in your heart will be filled with happy memories of Matt and you can rejoice in the joy they will bring. As my Spanish friends say, "God with God" (Vaya con Dias) and be safe.

I like this kind of puzzle. It is a memory thing to try and select the right combination and direction of colors.
Good one C4J.
Hope you aren't as far behind as I am getting things ready for Christmas. I'm just starting cards today.

I hadn't read the description and thought they were gum balls. Should have known by the colors.

Tried three times and got interrupted. 4th time got it finished but not good timing on it. Nice bright colors.
