We see these flying around sometime - magnificent birds.
My friend Lyn with the cancer is struggling a bit and has a couple more operations she is nervous about. But she sounds really good. Spoke to her today.

Cancer of any kind is awful. I have 2 dear friends that are strugging with it now. Hope your friend comes thru the operations fine and they make her better. Will be praying.

The longest and weariest times of my life were NOT while raising 8 children, but, watching my hubby suffer from lung cancer.....a very long 5 months. But, we had 50 years and 1 day together...a great life and much to be thankful for, to be sure.
