Yummy! I can think of a pancake that's different than the ones above. We used to make something called Dutch baby pancakes. Very easy and yummy! - Different toppings lemon, powdered sugar, or cinnamon or syrup. This pancake is a signature dish at a restaurant here - when it arrives at the table ppl say omg! - takes up the whole plate.
I usually eat pancakes with jelly, preserves, or jam instead of syrup - that was something I got from my mom. It also allows for pancakes to have many different flavors - strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blackberry, blueberry, apple, etc.

We are finally due for sub zero temperatures. I was hoping htis once it would skip us. Can't complain, tho. It's been a pretty easy winter so far.

Yep it was 1 below at 6 a.m. today. The weekend is supposed to be even colder.
Well what can you expect from a critter that stays underground all winter. Maybe there it's spring.
