When I was about ten my dad took me to an ice cream shop and I ordered a banana split - had never had one and they always looked sooo good. I ordered one with 1 scoop each of strawberry, vanila and chocolate ice cream sitting in that pineapple stuff, strawberry stuff, nuts, chocolate syrup, topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I ate the whole thing. Afterward (fortunately we didn't live too far away) I got SO SICK. Haven't had a banana split since!

Oh pain and agony...I want that dessert right now!! Looks so good, but please add a little more chocolate syrup if you will. Mmm..

My husband loves these when we go to DQ. I have them with all chocolate sauce, but hubby goes for the three kinds, chocolate, raspberry and lemon.
