I make bread twice a week whole wheat bread. and freeze the slices up. Every morning I take one slice otherwise I would be big. For the last twelve years I have not bought a loaf. I am slicing mine up, so come and taste it.

If you want I will send you a piece or better I give you the recipe. I make my bread in a breadmachine.

I never send you the recipe. Well I just finished baking so here it is:
1 5/8 cup of water mixed with milk(luke warm)
3 tablespoons of oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cups of wholemeal flour
3/4 teaspoon yeast
This is baked in a breadmachine.
I also add all together half a cup of nuts(walnuts+sesami seeds +sliced almonds + quacker. No more than half a cup together.
Yes! Oh yes! I love bread. There was a bakery on my way to work years ago. I almost forgot how to drive every day with that scent distracting me. Nudnik, will you marry me? I have an older bread machine but it was never as spectacular as I had hoped. Thinking of buying a new one. What brand machine do you think?
