People are pretty lucky - if we want fresh salmon, we can just go to the grocery store or a restaurant. This bear, has to get in this running stream and I'm guessing, it's not the warmest water around.

His will be a lot fresher - and still wiggling he eats it. I've eaten sushi, but never fish that was still alive when I bit into it.
I'm sure the fur helps. I wonder if they have a 2nd layer of fur like many animals.
A FABULOUS-looking grizzly bear!!!!! My late brother Rick LOVED grizzlies as did Grizzly Adams. They each resembled one another. So I thought of my brother as my "grizzly brother". When I spoke to him by phone or in person, I'd greet him by saying: "Hi, how's Grizzly Rick doing? "
Good Morning! It's SO nice to be home this morning while the family I nanny for is on vacation! Not only have I gotten SO much done in my (now) empty house- the grandkids started school this morning! - but my puzzle time isn't actually last this early in the AM!!!!
