To all you elephant fans ---- please read The Elephant Whisperer by Lawrence Anthony. A herd of "troublesome elephants" was adopted by Mr. Anthony who ran a reserve in Africa. Eventually he loved the elephants and they loved him.
How come baby critters are always so cute and precious no matter what species they might be? What a darling "little" he/she is in our puzzle. I love the way all of the grandmas, aunts, cousins, friends, etc. help to raise a youngster in the elephant community. How smart and so very perfect they are.
I think Elephants are just so sweet. They even morn for their dead. How amazing is that? Of course I have a dog that mourned for her dead cat so none of this ever amazes. Animals do have feelings and emotions!
