Lovely ruins to be explored.

See your life clearly, perhaps for the first time...- unknown.

"I never feel age...If you have creative work, you don't have age or time." ~ Louise Nevelson

Creating is a timeless process because what we envision is viewed and created in the present.

Good night and God bless. Hugs.

I wonder how old this abbey is. It looks like it's been around. It looks quite peaceful there. It's nice to get away from the rat race one in a while. Nancy

I agree, Nancy. Too bad it can't be just a peaceful getaway for the tired souls in the world. Blessings.

Love buildings like this. Very interesting, especially if you can find out the history behind it.

Be proud of yourself for what you have accomplished!

Today is a good day to have a good day!

I wish old buildings would come with literature that told us what the building was, what it was used for, when was it built, etc. It would be so interesting. We lived in a 2 floor house with 12 inch thick walls, square wooden nails, 14 foot ceilings, and 12 foot windows in the living room, and huge pillars in the front of the house. When my stepdad decided to enlarge the basement, they were digging a hole in the backyard and found a hidden room behind the existing basement. We often wondered if that could have been a secret room for the Underground Railroad, but no searching of old records to find out anything was ever done. My parents sold it and it was torn down, so nothing was ever learned from it. It would have been interesting I am sure. Thanks for the uplifting thoughts and have a blessed day.
